Unwanted Item Returns

Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please contact us through our Contact Form to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.

Condition of Returned Items:

New, Sealed Items: Products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – new and sealed – for a full refund.

Opened Items: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all items returned with an opened box. The refund will be issued, minus the restocking fee, once the item is processed by our Returns Department.

Unopened, Unused, or Unworn Items

Return Conditions: You may return unopened, unused, or unworn items with all original packaging and tags intact within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.

Defective Items

Reporting a Defective Item: In the rare event you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the purchase date.

Replacement or Credit: We will work with you to replace the item or provide a credit for the product price and original shipping charge, upon proof of defect.

Return Authorization: Our team will issue an RMA number via email and provide instructions for returning the product. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED.

Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your name, order number, item SKU number, and the nature of the return.

RMA Number: You will be provided with an RMA number, which is required for all returns.

Labeling the Return: ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THE RMA NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE BOX.

Processing Returns

Notification of Arrival: You will be able to track the return package using the provided shipping label. Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed after it arrives at our warehouse.

Refund Issuance: A refund will be provided when the item is returned and processed, minus a 15% restocking fee if applicable.

Exchanges

Policy on Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges due to the risk of items selling out during the return process. For a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
